I requested a performance review three weeks ago and it still hasn't come around. lol, at first I got a reply email in 15 minutes saying that my bosses will get on it, and then last week when I requested again I didn't hear a word. lol

I finally had mine today, and that's how I got the 3%, and more later after my current project... Last company I was with never gave me a raise, so I just don't expect anything.
